Holistic & Spiritual Therapy

Since I was little, I’ve felt too much and too deeply.

I could sense things no one was saying; the emotions behind the words, the pain that stayed silent. I didn’t understand it then, but I was reading energy long before I had the language for it.

 

For a long time, I tried to make sense of the world through what I could see. But it was always what I couldn’t see that shaped me: the unspoken, the unseen, the unresolved. 

That path led me to work today with holistic therapies focused on childhood trauma and self awareness.

 

I’ve walked through grief, heartbreak, identity loss, spiritual awakenings that broke me and rebuilt me. And through all of it, I’ve learned that healing isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be. And unlearning who you aren't.

 

My work today is rooted in presence.

I hold space for what’s real — for what hurts, for what’s ready to shift, for the parts of  YOU that are tired of hiding.

I offer depth. Honesty. Process.

Because real transformation takes courage.

 

I work with people who are ready to show up for themselves.

Together, we move through ancestral patterns, energetic blocks, and emotional layers — using tools like Family Constellations, Kabbalah Tree of Life, body-energy work, visualizations, and symbolic guidance.

 

And in some journeys, when it feels right, I offer conscious tattoos as a closing ritual — a way to mark the shift in the skin once the soul has moved.
