About Me
I am Anne, a Spanish holistic therapist and spiritual artist based in London.
My journey with healing began long before it became my profession.
At 20 years old, I left Spain and everything familiar behind. What started as a physical journey became a deep internal one: facing childhood trauma, emotional pain, identity loss, and spiritual awakening. I learned to rebuild myself from the inside out, not through theory, but through lived experience, discipline, and consciousness.
I’ve always been deeply sensitive. Since childhood, I could feel energy, emotions, and patterns before words existed for them. I read tarot and palms from the age of 13, channelling through art and intuition long before I understood what that meant.
Over the years, I explored many healing paths and I learned what truly works by going through the pain myself. That led me to train in Family Constellations, Kabbalah Tree of Life , inner child and trauma integration, nervous-system awareness, and consciousness-based therapy. I study the mind, the body, the emotional field, and the quantum field, because real healing requires all levels.
My work is not traditional therapy.
I help you understand your patterns, connect to your subconscious, heal at the root, and embody the version of you that your soul has always been calling you into. When the root shifts, life responds like a domino effect.
I work with clients in-person in London and online worldwide, combining emotional, energetic, and intuitive tools with grounded psychological understanding.
And as an artist, I also offer conscious tattoos as closing rituals, marking the moment the body and soul integrate a new chapter.
