Holistic & Spiritual Therapy

I am a therapist, facilitator and creator of the Kabbalistic Constellations Method, an integrative approach developed through years of personal transformation, professional training and direct experience working with individuals seeking meaningful and lasting change.

My studies include Kabbalah and the Tree of Life, Systemic Family Constellations, Tarot, Energetic Polarisations, Inner Child Healing, Trauma Integration and consciousness-based therapeutic approaches. Over time, I discovered that each of these disciplines reveals a different aspect of the same human experience: our patterns, our wounds, our potential and our capacity to transform.

Through my work, I realised that many people already know where they want to go in life. They may desire healthier relationships, greater emotional freedom, professional success, financial abundance, improved health or a deeper connection with themselves. However, despite their efforts, something continues to hold them back.

This observation led me to develop Kabbalistic Constellations, a method that combines the symbolic map of the Kabbalah Tree of Life with the experiential power of Systemic Constellations, together with intuitive and energetic approaches that help uncover what lies beneath conscious awareness.

My work begins by exploring three fundamental questions:

• Where are you now?
• Where do you want to be?
• What is preventing you from getting there?

Rather than focusing only on symptoms or surface-level solutions, we work to identify the root of the pattern. We explore when it first appeared, what experiences shaped it, what emotional wounds may still be connected to it, and how it continues to influence your present reality.

The goal is not simply to create temporary emotional relief.

The goal is transformation.

By bringing awareness to unconscious dynamics, integrating unresolved experiences and releasing limiting patterns, it becomes possible to create real change in everyday life. As the internal structure shifts, relationships, health, work, finances, confidence and personal fulfilment often begin to change as well.

My approach is holistic and individualised. Every person arrives with a unique story, and therefore every process is different. Whether the challenge relates to personal development, relationships, family dynamics, emotional wellbeing, career, purpose, abundance or health, the intention remains the same: to help you move from the version of yourself that feels limited by the past into the version of yourself that is free to fully express its potential.

I believe that lasting transformation happens when awareness meets action, when the root is understood rather than avoided, and when healing becomes embodied in everyday life.

My role is not to tell you who to become.

My role is to help you remove what is preventing you from becoming who you already are.
